I finally have the time to blog about my trip to Kiseki Buffet with my dearest Sam Sam on 23 Aug! That's like almost 2 weeks ago :(
Sorry, I had been rather caught up with hostel activities, school and well, slacking. LOL.
Anyway, we booked a week in advance, from the date we wanted to go. We knew that if we decided to go there and queue, we'd probably never get to go in and eat hahahaha.
Firstly, my OOTD!!!
Tribal print dress from F21! It's so pretty that my friends kept complimenting it! <3

LET'S BEGIN ALL THE FOOD PORN!

First round: SEAFOOD AND SUSHI!
Yes, I love salmon sashimi and seafood to infinity and beyond. No kidding. I can eat it today and crave for it the next day. HAHAHA.
I literally spam ate 20 pcs of salmon sashimi! I only like salmon sashimi, the rest are a nono to me :(
The prawns were awesome, super fresh and sweet.
Idk what that shell thingy on the top left corner is, but Sam Sam likes it. Haha. I've had it before, and didn't like it :(
The grilled salmon sushi was not bad as well! But too bad they had very limited choices for sushi. The seafood variety is pretty wide though. There was crab legs as well, but I didn't get them, too troublesome. The crayfish you see was super hard to break apart :(
Second round: WESTERN
The steak was mehhh. The sauce was too salty and the steak was a bit tough. I like my steak medium rare, which is only about 25% cooked. So, a well done frozen-like steak would immediately turn me off.
Never really liked beef stew because the beef would be tough as well, but Sam Sam wanted to try haha. The beef was tough as expected, and the gravy was quite salty as well. Not to my liking :(
The prawn pasta was a bit weird. I think it's the pasta sauce.
The mushroom pizza was good hehe. I went back for more after I had a slice <3
Second time I'm trying out rosti. The first time was cooked by my hostel friend :) And I have to admit, rosti is simple yet delicious. YUMMS
And on my plate is pasta salad, and I really think this is much much much nicer than the prawn pasta. I went back to get more too hehe
P.S. Notice the lemons in the top right corner, they make a smiley face :) It was for us to wash out hands actually :)
Third round: RANDOM
At this point, we were quite full. Hahaha. (See, I got more pasta salad)
The steamed egg was pretty good, and I love the sweet potatoes! Sweet and nice hehe. Gogumaaaaa.
The miso soup is a bit salty though. Oh, and you get to choose what to put in your soup! The seaweed, tofu and spring onions are placed at the side, so you get to choose :D
Fourth round: DESSERTS
We were bloated, but we rested and moved on!
In the plate at the bottom was cheesecake, brownie, sesame paste, mango mousse and strawberry mousse. On the rest were additional things like assorted jellies haha.
I loved the mousses, they were yummy! The sesame paste was good too ^^
I had ice cream too! They had wasabi, vanilla, sesame and green tea. I didn't really like green tea, so I took the other three flavours. And woahhh, the wasabi one was quite spicy :(
The sesame one was quite good though :)
Given my love for ice cream, of course, I went back and got more of sesame and vanilla ice cream despite my bursting tummy hehe.
And after that, we went home hahahahaha. It was quite funny seeing how we stuffed ourselves. HAHAHAHA.

On a side note, I made Salmon with enoki mushrooms and parmesan cheese on Monday. :)
It was surprisingly easy!! My salmon fillet was 8 ounces, so I only needed 8 minutes to cook it :)
It was tender and soft and so damn yummy!
I hate tough salmon haha.
I am picky, I know hahahahaha.
