Well, if you've read my previous post on Life of a single lady (LOL), you'll know that I've always been spending Valentines' day alone despite having had a boyfriend before. #suay
Hahaha. Well, to me, Valentines' Day is just a day when you express your love towards your friends/loved one/s in an even more special way. But this doesn't give you a reason to not show your love on other days. You don't need special occasions! But since it's Vday, just have fun!
For me, being a sad single girl (not so sad actually), I bought flowers for my hostel friends! I spent about $30+ on them! LOL
But staying in the hostel does have some benefits, I get gifts whenever I leave my room/open my door. haha! The pictures below show what I got, they aren't much but at least I wasn't forgotten. haha <3
Even though I really spent the entire Thursday sleeping and studying. I really appreciate the small gifts I received. And I love giving things to my friends even if it costs me money. Maybe I'll start saving up and throw a nice 21st birthday next year! (I want cakes in jars!)
Ah, but no matter how much I enjoy spending Vday alone, I'd like to try spending it with someone. But time will come. Yes it will. I will wait *ohmmmmmm*
